are you a junior agency?
daily
Junior developers are the long-suffering heroes of software development, so I’m not here to pick on them.
But… junior developers sometimes have the tendency to take a problem, work on it silently for days, and come back with a wildly incorrect implementation.
Does your agency do this too?
Does your agency communicate and course-correct frequently? Do you make sure you fully understand a request before you start working on it?
Some customers want to talk to you as little as possible. That’s fine - as long as you account for it and maximize the face time you get with them.
Ask dumb questions so you don’t deliver dumb solutions. Asking dumb questions is a virtue.
