My Professional Code Of Ethics

My mission is to help medtech and digital health founders push the boundaries of human health. To that end, I've developed a professional code of ethics:

- I do not sell anything other than my own advisory services

- I do not accept referral fees or commissions

- I will always disclose when I identify a conflict of interest

- I will always advise and recommend the most beneficial option for you and your company, even if it means advising you to not work with me or my development partner

- I will not disclose identifiable information without prior consent

- I will not share email addresses from my mailing list or correspondence

- I will not work with companies who are engaged in illegal or unethical activities (defined broadly but not exhaustively as scams, predatory lending, or the advertising of unhealthy or addictive products)
