Sometimes you have to force yourself to open your laptop or log in or whatever it is you do to start your day.
But bad days can be an opportunity to reset. Routine is helpful and your calendar is what it is - but you’re not bound to it.
Just do something different. Go for a walk. Talk to someone you don’t normally talk to. It’s okay to accept that you just don’t have it today, as long as you don’t fall back on procrastination and counterproductive habits.
